Here at Town & Country Vet we have a couple of suppliers who provide their services through our clinic for our clients. These suppliers are independent to us, however we do recommend them for their professionalism and quality.
We at Furever Friends understand that your pets are part of your family and are your loved companions. Being pet owners ourselves we know that losing them can be difficult, upsetting and at times overwhelming. Our objective is to provide a professional, caring, personal and stress free pet cremation service for the after care of your beloved pet.
We are a local family owned and operated pet cremation service operating in and around the top of the south island. We offer individual cremations which eliminates any contamination or confusion between pets’ ashes. Each pet has its own unique cremation log number that will follow your pet right through the cremation process from the vets or your home and back to you.
Tangled Pet Grooming is a groomer who works with dogs and cats with varying levels of comfort and tolerance, providing a calm and friendly environment that puts both you and your pet at ease. Tangled Pet Grooming provides the grooming services for our sedated groom. Our experienced nurses monitors the sedation while Tangled Pet Grooming completes your pet’s a professional groom.

SVI provides diagnostic imaging interpretation for the Nelson & Tasman region. Town & Country clients are able to be referred for specialist diagnostics.
Angela now practices privately internationally and domestically via teleradiology and short term lectures and provides on-site support to local clinics in the Nelson region as well as Universities in New Zealand, Australia, and India. Her goal is to benefit as many patients and pet owners as possible by providing diagnostic imaging support and training to veterinary students and veterinarians in New Zealand and abroad.
Kristie Hughes is a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with 19 years experience and Nelson / Tasman’s only fully certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist.
Kristie works in conjunction with your dog’s veterinarian to ensure that your dog receives timely and appropriate treatment and therefore achieves the best outcome possible. Kristie also provides individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs for every dog, from the aging family pet to the highly competitive agility dog.
